After we receive your order information, we'll create a digital design proof and email it to you within 3 business days for your review.

You can request revisions, and we'll turn them around within 2 business days. Please note this may increase your production time.

We include two complimentary rounds of proofs and design amendments. If you need further changes, a small design fee may apply (see Terms & Conditions).

We'll only finalise your design once you're completely happy with the proof and have given us your final approval.

Please carefully review your design proof for accuracy and errors, as you're responsible for ensuring the design and spelling are correct before approving it for production.

Production and shipping time: Up to 2 weeks

Total time: Up to 3 weeks

Please note that timing is dependent on your prompt responses to design proofs and the number of revisions requested.

We guarantee a 2-3 business day turnaround on all design changes.

PRODUCTION

Regular print production takes 5-7 business days after design finalisation and approval.

SHIPPING

We ship via Australia Post or Courier.

Please provide a 'Safe to Leave' address to ensure delivery.
